‍

You'll work across spirits, food, beauty and hospitality brands, turning sharp strategic thinking into bold ideas and beautifully crafted brand worlds with real relevance.

We're after someone who brings ideas to the table, isn't afraid to challenge the obvious and knows how to take a great concept all the way through to the finest detail.

‍

You'll play a key role in shaping creative work, collaborating with the wider team and helping push both the thinking and the craft further. From brand identity and packaging to art direction, you'll help bring ideas to life across every touchpoint.

‍

We're a hands-on studio where everyone mucks in, so curiosity, initiative and a genuine care for the work matter just as much as creative talent.

Requirements

5+ years' experience within a design agency. Strong conceptual thinking and an exceptional eye for design, typography and craft. Proven experience creating distinctive brand identities and packaging design. A strong understanding of art direction, with the ability to develop and guide a cohesive creative vision across different touchpoints. Ability to develop and deliver creative ideas from initial concept through to final execution. Confidence presenting ideas, articulating creative thinking and contributing to client conversations. A curious, proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge conventions and push ideas further. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality creative work. Comfortable taking ownership of projects, managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with a small team. Ability to support and inspire more junior designers, sharing knowledge and helping elevate the work. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
